An Ordinance to amend the Public Health (Animals and Birds)

Ordinance, Chapter 139.

Br it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Public Health Short title. (Animals and Birds) (Amendment) Ordinance, 1956.

2. The Public Health (Animals and Birds) Ordinance Amendment (hereinafter referred to as the principal Ordinance) is amended-

of principal Ordinance. (Cap. 139).

(a) by the deletion of the words "by law" and "by-laws" wherever occurring and the substitution therefor in each case of the words "regulation" and "regulations" respectively; and
