Section 8 of the principal Ordinance is amended- (a) by the insertion after the words "Prisons Ordinance** and the words "Prison Rules" wherever they occur in that section of the following-

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice

and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
