(1) The Appropriation (1955-56) Bill, 1955,
Resumption of debate on the Second reading of :-
A Bill intituled: "An Ordinance to apply a sun not exceeding
four hundred and forty-five million, seven hundred and forty-seven thousand nine hundred and fifty dollars to the Public Service of the financial year ending the 31at day of March, 1956."
The Colonial Secretary to move :-
That the Report of the Select Committee to which was referred the Appropriation (1955-56) Bill, 1955 together with the draft Estimates, he adopted.
Committee Stage of the Appropriation (1955-56) Bill, 1953.
The Financial Secretary to move the Third reading of the bill.
(2) Resolution regarding Estimates,
The Financial Secretary to move the following resolution ;-
Resolved that the Estimates of revenue and expenditure for
the financial year 1955-56 together with the amendments proposed by the Select Committee be approved.
(3) Domestic Cleanliness and Frevention of Disease (Amendment)
By-laws, 1955.
Mr. H.G. Richards to move the following resolution :-
Resolved that the Domestic Cleanliness and Prevention of
Disease (Amendment) By-laws, 1953, made by the Urban Council
on the 15th day of March, 1955, under section 4 of the Public Health (Sanitation) Ordinance, 1935, be approved.
(4) Hawkers (Amendment) By-laws, 1

Mr. H.G. Richards to move the following resolution :-
Resolved that the Harkers (Amendment) By-laws, 1955, made by
the Urban Council on the 22nd day of March, 1955, under section 2 of the Hawkere Ordinance, Chapter 157, be approved (5) The Air Navigation (Abatement of Spoke Nuisancea) Bill, 1955.
The Attorney General to move the Third reading of :-
A Bill intituled: "An Ordinance to make provision for the
abatement of smoke nuisances affecting the use of Hong Kou.... Airport (Kai Tak) by aircraft."
