Resolved that the Factoring and Industrial Undertakings Regulations,

1955 made by the Commissioner of Labour on the 3rd day of September, 1965 under section 5 of the Factories and Industrial Undertakings Ordinance, 1955, be approved.

(2) The Cambling (Amendment) Bi11, 1955

The Colonial Secretary to move that the Gambling (Amendment) Bill,

1955, which was read a First time on 13th April, 1955, be withdrawn.

(3) The Deportation of Aliens (Amendment) (No. 2) B111, 1965.

The Attorney General to move the First reading of:-

A Bill intituled; "An Ordinance further to amend the Deportation

of Aliens Ordinance, Chapter 240."
