WATERWORKS ORDINANCE. (Chapter 102).

WATERWORKS (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1955.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 29 of the Waterworks Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations-

1. These regulations may be cited as the Waterworks - Citation. (Amendment) Regulations, 1955-

2. Regulation 10 of the Waterworks Regulations (herein- Amend- after referred to as the principal regulations) is amended by- regulation

(a) the addition after paragraph (3) of the following new

paragraph-

"GA) Steel pipes up to 6o in diameter shall be galvanized and shall comply with the requirements of British standard specification 1387 for Class B steel tubes and tubulars or any alterations or amendments thereto or any new specification which may from time to time be published to supersede it.":

(b) the deletion of paragraph (4) and the substitution there-
