EMERGENCY (PROVISIONAL RESETTLEMENT AREAS) REGULATIONS, 1954.
NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 6.
In exercise of the powers conferred by regulation 6 of the Emergency (Provisional Resettlement Areas) Regulations, 1954, the Urban Council hereby varies the Third Schedule thereto by the addition, after general condition 6, of the following new condition
"6A. The occupant shall provide, for the use of himself and his dependants, a portable dustbin of a design approved by the Chief Resettlement Officer for the reception of garbage and household refuse.”
