Stamp (BANK AUTHORIZATION) (No, 2) ORDER, 1955-

In exercise of the power vested in me by section 15 of the Stamp Ordinance, I hereby make the following Order :-

ORDER

1. This Order may be cited as the Stamp (Bank Authoriza- Citation. tion) (No. 2) Order, 1955.

The bank specified in the Schedule to this Order is Specified hereby authorized with effect from 1st May, 1955, to compound authorized for the payment of duty on unstamped cheques subject to the to conditions stated in paragraphs (a), (b), and (c) of subsection (1) compound of section 15 of the Ordinance.
