FILM CENSORSHIP (AMENDMENT) (No. 2) REGULATIONS, 1955.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Places of Public Entertainment Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations--

These regulations may be cited as the Film Censorship Citation. (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 1955.

2. Regulation 10 of the Film Censorship Regulations, 1953, Amendment is hereby amended by the insertion after paragraph (4) of the of regula- following new paragraph-

"(5) The Secretary for Chinese Affairs may from time to time nominate not more than two persons who are not members of the Board to attend any meeting or meetings of the Board in an advisory capacity, but no person so nominated shall have a vote.**
