TRAINING CENTRES (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1955.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section to of the Training Centres Ordinance, 1953, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations-

1. These regulations may be cited as the Training Centres Citation. (Amendment) Regulations, 1955.

1. The Appendix to the Training Centres Regulations, Amend- 1953. is amended-

(c) by the deletion from the seventh line of Form 1; (b) by the deletion from the fourth line of Form 4; and (c) by the deletion from the seventh line of Form 6,

of the word "eighteen", and the substitution therefor of the following-

ment of Forma 1,

4 and 6.

Explanatory Note.

(This note in not part of the regulations, but is intended to

indicate their general purport).

The Training Centres Ordinance, 1953, bas recently been amended to raise the upper age limit of inmates from eighteen to twenty-one. The prescribed forms are now amended accordingly.
