COMPENSATION (DEFENCE) NOTICE OF CLAIM RULES, 1955.

In exercise of the powers conferred by regulation 13 of the Compensation (Defence) Regulations, 1940, the Governor in Council has made the following rules--

1. These rules may be cited as the Compensation (Defence) Citation. Notice of Claim Rules, 1955.

2. (1) Claims for compensation under the Compensation Notice of (Defence) Regulations, 1940, in respect of the requisition of vessels shall be made by notice in accordance with the form specified in the Schedule hercto.

(2) Every such notice of claim shall be signed by the claimant or by a person duly authorized by the claimant on his behalf and shall be delivered to the Attorney General.
