HOLIDAYS ORDINANCE.

(Chapter 149).

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Holidays Ordinance, the Governor in Council hereby appoints the third Monday in October to be observed annually hereafter as a general holiday in substitution for the day prescribed in para- graph (n) of section 3 of the said Ordinance which reads "the second Monday in October.""
