3. Section 4 of the principal Ordinance is amended by the of section 4. deletion therefrom of the words "seven years" wherever they

occur therein and the substitution therefor of the following-

"eight years".

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice

and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

This Ordinance may be cited as the Urban Council Short title. (Amendment) Ordinance, 1955.
