Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof," as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Public Works Short title. (Passenger Ferry Piers) Ordinance, 1955-

2. The Director of Public Works is authorized to construct Director of the undertakings set out in the Schedule.
