of Second Schedule.
Second Schedule,
(2) The fees payable for such storage shall be those mentioned in the Second Schedule.
(3) (a) Where any arms or ammunition have been stored under the provisions of this section for eighteen months, or where fees payable under this section remain unpaid for two months, application may be made to a magistrate for the forfeiture of such arms or ammunition.
(b) Where the magistrate is satisfied--
(i) that reasonable steps, have been taken to bring the application to the notice of the person who appears to be the owner of the arms or ammunition, and
(ii) that such person has had reasonable opportunity to pay the outstanding fees or to dispose lawfully of the arms or ammuni- tion, as the case may be,
& magistrate may on application being made under this subsection, brder the arms or ammunition to be forfeited.
(4) No liability shall rest upon any member of the Police Force or any person acting under his direction in respect of any loss of or damage to any arms or ammunition stored under this section.**
3. The Second Schedule to the principal Ordinance is amended by the addition thereto of the following new items-

$1.00 for each weapon per month or part thereof. $1.00 for every 100 rounds of ammunition or part thereof, in excess of the first 100 rounds, per month or part theroof."

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows—
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Ling Liang World- Short title. Wide Evangelistic Mission Incorporation Ordinance, 1955.
