Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Vehicle and Road Short title. Traffic (Amendment) Ordinance, 1955.

1. Section 5 of the Vehicle and Road Traffic Ordinance Repeal and (hereinafter referred to as the principal Ordinance) is repealed replacement and replaced by the following section-
