An Ordinance further to amend the Deportation of Aliens

Ordinance, Chapter 240,

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice

and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Deportation of Aliens Short title. (Amendment) (No. 2) Ordinance, 1955.

2. Section II of the Deportation of Aliens Ordinance Amend- (hereinafter referred to as the principal Ordinance) is amended-

ment of pection 11. (Cap. 240)

(4) in paragraph (a) of subsection (1) by the insertion after

the word "ship”-

(i) in the first place where it occurs of the following-
