An Ordinance to amend the Landlord and Tenant Ordinance,

Chapter 255.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Landlord and Short title. Tenant (Amendment) Ordinance, 1955.

2. Subsection (1) of section 8 of the Landlord and Tenant Amendment Ordinance (hereinafter referred to as the principal Ordinance) is of section amended by the insertion in the fourth line of paragraph (b) after (Cap, 255, the word "grant," of the following-

"surrender, termination,".
