An Ordinance to authorize undertakings for the construction of passenger ferry piers at Tsim Sha Tsui, Ma Tau Kok and Stewart Roud, Wanchai.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows—

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Public Works Short title. (Passenger Ferry Piers) Ordinance, 1955.

1. The Director of Public Works is authorized to construct Director of the undertakings set out in the Schedule.
