Excess fees to be refunded.

4. Where application in writing is made to the Accountant General before the 1st day of July, 1955, by a person who paid the fees prescribed by regulation 3 of the Duliahle Commodities (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 1954, the Accountant General shali refund to such person a sum of money equal to the difference between the fees payable under that regulation and those payable under section 2.

An Ordinance to validate an undertaking for reclamation and other works over and upon unleased Crown foreshore and seabed situate at Hung Hom Bay, and to authorize, subject to the definitive approval of the Governor in Council, a further undertaking for reclamation and other works in the same situation.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows--

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Public Reclamation Short title. and Works (Hung Hom Bay) Ordinance, 1955.
