An Ordinance to amend the Telecommunication Ordinance,

Chapter 106.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice

and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Telecommunication Short title. (Amendment) Ordinance, 1955.

2. Section 2 of the Telecommunication Ordinance (herein- Amendment after referred to as the principal Ordinance) is amended-

(a) by the insertion after the word "Ordinance" in the first

line thereof of the following-

", unless the context otherwise requires";
