An Ordinance to amend the Telephone Ordinance, 1951,

BE it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice

and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Telephone (Amend- Short title. ment) Ordinance, 1955.

2. Section 4 of the Telephone Ordinance, 1951 (hereinafter Repeal and referred to as the principal Ordinance), is repealed and replaced replace by the following section-
