An Ordinance to amend the Vehicle and Road Traffic Ordinance,

Chapter 220.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice

and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Vehicle and Road Short title. Traffic (Amendment) Ordinance, 1955.

1. Section 5 of the Vehicle and Road Traffic Ordinance Repeal and (hereinafter referred to as the principal Ordinance) is repealed and replaced by the following section-

6. (1) Any person who when driving or attempting to drive, or when in charge of a motor when under vehicle on a road or other public place is under the

replacement of section 5. (Cap. 220).
