exempt Archibald Grasson Freebaira from the obligation to be a contributor under the Widowe and Orphans Pension Ordinance and to refund to the said Archibald Grasson Freebairn contributions made by him under the said Ordinance."

Resolved that the Reconstituted Milk and Cream (Amendment) By-laws, 1954, made by the Urban Council on the 7th day of December, 1954, under section of the Public Health (Food) Ordinance, Chapter 140, be approved.
