(1) Resolution regarding the Fensions Ordinance, Chapter 89.
The Colonial Secretary to move the following resolution;-
RESOLVED that the Resolution made and passed by the
Legislative Council on the 14th day of July, 1954, and published in Supplement No. 2 of the Gazette as Kotification No. 4.90, be amended by the insertion after the word "grant" in the fourth line thereof of the following
'whether or not auch death occurred prior to the coming into force of this Resolution,",
(2) Milk and Dairies (Amendment) (1o. 2) -laws 1954.
Mr. H.G. Richards to move the following resolution:-
Resolved that the Kilk and Jairies (Ameriment) (No. 2)
By-lawa, 1954, made by the Urban Council on the 9th day of November, 1954, under section 5 of the Public Health (Food) Ordinance, Chapter 140, be approved.
(3) The Wild sirds and Wild liamale Protection (Amendment) Bill, 1954
The Attorney General to move the First reading of:-
A Bill intituled; "An Ordinance to amend the wild dirde and
Wild Kammals Protection Ordinance, 1954."
(4) The workmen's Compensation (Amendment) Bill, 1954.
The Attorney General to move the First reading of:-
A Bill Latituled: "An Ordinance to send the Workmen's
Compensation Ordinance, 1953."
(5) The Urban Council (Amendment) (No. 2) 3111, 1954.
Mr. H.G. Richards to move the Second and Third readings of:-
A Bill intituled; "An Ordinance farther to amend the Urban
Council Ordinance, Chapter 101.
