THE FUBLIC HEALTH (ANIMALS AND BIRDS)
ORDINANCE, Cap. 159.
Order Prohibiting Import of Cattle from Thailand.
It is hereby ordered by the Govern or under section 5(2)
of the Publio Health (Animals and Birda) Ordinance, Cap. 139, that
the importation either by land or by sea or the transhipment in the
Colony of cattle, swine, sheep and goats from Thailand, or of the
cercases of the same, either directly or after transhipment of such
cattle, swine, sheep and goats or carcases at any other place, is
prohibited. This Order shall not apply to cattle, swins, sheep and
goate imported under such conditions as may be approved by the
Chairmen of the Urban Cound 1 and under the authority of and in
accordance with a permit issued by him or by any officer on his
behalf.
The Order published as Govemmat Notification No. A. 102
in the Gazette of the Sist July, 1855, is hereby rescinded.
