5. The First List to the principal regulations is amended by the deletion of the words "Antihistaminic agents" and the substitution therefor of the following-

"Antibistamine substances, the following; their salts :-

Antazoline

Bromazine

The Third List to the principal regulations is amended by the deletion of the words "Antihistaminic agents, or histamine antagonists of the metabolic blocking type used for the relief of allergic symptoms, including ethylenediamine derivatives and other synthetic compounds with analogous pharmacological action, by whatever names or trade names they may be offered for sale." and the substitution therefor of the following-

"Antihistamine substances, the following; their salts-

Antazoline

Bromazine

Chlorcyclizine

Diphenhydramine

3-Di-n-butylaminomethyl-4:5:6-tribydroxyphthalide

Phenindamine

Promethazine

Substances being tetra-substituted N derivatives of

ethylenediamine or propylenediamine."
