EMERGENCY (REQUISITION) REGULATIONS, 1949.

Emergency (REQUISITION) (Use of Land by Her Majesty's Military Forces) (Tai Lam) Order, 1954.

In exercise of the powers vested in him by regulation & of the Emergency (Requisition) Regulations, 1949, the Governor has made the following Order--

1. This Order may be cited as the Emergency (Requisition) Citation. (Use of Land by Her Majesty's Military Forces) (Tai Lam) Order, 1954,

2. In this Order-

"Commanding Officer" means the officer in command of Her

Majesty's Troops in TAI LAM Camp;

"Firing Area" means the area of land at TAI LAM more

particularly described and delineated in the First Schedule Fict bereto as the TAI LAM Two Hundred Yards Range;

Schedule.

"Forces" means Her Majesty's Military Forces.

3. Subject to the provisions of this Order the Forces are Forces authorized to use the Firing Area as a firing range daily and authorized batween the following hours-namely 7.00 a.m. and 8.0 p.m.

4. The use of the Firing Areas shall be subject to the Conditions conditions specified in the Second Schedule hereto.

5. Notice that practice firing is about to take place shall be given in the manner specified in the Third Schedule hereto.

6. No person shall be or remain upon the Firing while it is being used as a firing range without the permission of the Commanding Officer.
