(2) QUEEN'S HILL SUGAR AND TARE RANGES.

The Forces shall make and maintain such fire brakes around Constructicu butts and target areau as may be deemed necessary by the Director of of Fire Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry,

4. The Forces shall be prepared to take and shall take immediate Central of action to extinguish any fire started by them outside the butts or target fim. areas during the course of or as a result of pructice firing.
D. (1) The Forces shall pay to the owners or lessses thereof Compensation compensation for damage or loss caused to forestry lot trees or crops by mee the use of the Firing Areas as practice ranges.
(2) Such compensation shall be assessed by the District Commissioner, New Territories, in consultation with the Director of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry,
THIRD SCHEDULE. Notice of Practice Firing,

1. (1) Notice thud practice firing is taking place shall be given by the display of the signals hereinafter mentioned And such other signals or warnings as may appear necessary and practicable to the District Commissioner, New Territories and to the Cammanding Officer.
(2) Such signals shall be displayed thirty minutes before firing is due to commence.
(3) To all cnsen, signals shall remain displayed until firing has ceased and shall then be removed.
