1. The occupation permits shall be signed by an officer authorized in writing in that regard by the Commissioner.
The feza payable for the occupation of sites in the Tal Wo Isu resettlement area shäll be as set forth in the following table-

Explanatory Note.
(This Note is wort pent of the regulations, but is intendesi to indicate their ponéral purport).
These regulations provide for the setting up and administration of resettlement areas in the New Territories. Their provisions follow in general those of the Emergency (Resettlement Areas) Regulations, 1952. which govern cxisting resettlement areas, but the powers which are held in these areas by the Urban Council are granted in the case of the New Territories (excluding New Kowloon) to the Commissioner for Resettlement.

THIRD SCHEDULE.

1.
The grant of any permit or the occupation of premises shall not in any circumstances be deemed to constitute a tenancy by the permittes.
No permit is transferable save with the prior consent in writing of the Commissioner,
3. Every occupation permit shall be kept exhibited inside the building or structure in a conspicuous position approved by the Commissioner.
4. Every permittee shall on demand by an authorized officer forth- with prudce his occupation permit.
(#) No person other than the Commissioner or an authorized ofcer shall alter or make any erasure on any permit.
(b) No person shall use, er bare in his possession with a view to use, a permit which contains an erasure or alteration which bas nat been made by the Commissioner or an authorized officer.
6. The permittee shall not allow any person to occupy or reside In the premises except those persons Buted on his occupation permit.
7. The permittee shall not permit or sufer the commission upon the premises of any uffence against the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance, Căp. 194. or against the Protection of Women and Juveniles Ordinance, 1951. Where any such offence is committed on the premises the permittee shall be deemed to be in breach of this corudition.
