An Ordinance to make special provision to exempt Archibald Girasson Freebairn from the obligation to be a contributor under the Widows and Orpbans Pension Ordinance and to refund to the said Archibald Grasson Freebairn contributions made by him under the said Ordinance.

WHEREAS

[31st December, 1954.]

(1) the Widows and Orphans Pension (Application) Regula- tions, 1952, provided that any male officer serving on agreement for a period of three years or more in the public service at the commencement of the said regulations should be required to be a contributor under the said Ordinance only if he failed to give written notice within a month of the said date to the Accountant General that he did not desire to be a contributor under the said Ordinance:
