An Ordinance to amend the Tallyclerks (Licensing) Ordinance,

Chapter 85.

[31st December, 1954.]

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Tallyclerks (Licens- Short title. ing) (Amendment) Ordinance, 1954.

2. Section 2 of the Tallyclerks (Licensing) Ordinance Amendment (hereinafter referred to as the principal Ordinance) is amended f section 2

(Cap. 85). by the insertion therein before the definition of the word "godown" of the following definition--

"Director" means the Director of Marine;".
