Amendment

of section 11.

Repeal and

replacement

Section II of the principal Ordinance is amended- (a) by the deletion from the third and fourth lines of sub- section (1) of the words "or as to the type of business registration certificate to be issued in respect of any business";

(b) by the deletion of subsection (8) and the substitution

therefor of the following-

8.

"(8) In this section "the Court" means the District Court."'

The First Schedule of the principal Ordinance is repealed

of Firat and replaced by the following-

Schedule.

"FIRST SCHEDULE.

Br it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Trade Marks Short title Ordinance, 1954, and shall come into operation on a day to be and com- appointed by the Governor by proclamation in the Gazette,
