2. A sum of sixty-four million eight hundred and twenty- one thousand eight hundred and twenty-seven dollars is hereby charged upon the revenue and other funds of the Colony for the service of the financial year ended the 31st day of March, 1954, the appropriation of the sum so charged being approved as specified in the Schedule.
