who satisfy the conditions of admission to that part of the register ;

(b) a supplementary part containing the names of nurses trained in the nursing and care of persons suffering from mental diseases:

(c) a supplementary part containing the names of nurses trained in the nursing and care of the mentally defective;

(d) a supplementary part containing the names of nurses

trained in the nursing of sick children:

(a) a supplementary part containing the names of nurses trained in the nursing of persons suffering from infectious diseases;

(any other prescribed part.

Where any person satisfies the conditions of admission to any supplementary or prescribed part of the register, his or her name may be included in that part of the register notwithstanding that it is also included in the general part."

3. Subsection (1) of section 5 of the principal Ordinance is amended----

(a) by the addition in the first line after the word "person"

of the following-

"trained in the United Kingdom or Eire';

(b) by the deletion from the sixth and seventh lines of the words "General Nursing Council for Eire and the substitution therelor of the following

"An Bord Altranais".

(e) by the deletion from the ninth line of the words "for

Eire and the substitution therefor of the following-

'An Bord Altranais”.

Section 6 of the principal Ordinance is amended by the deletion from the last three lines of subsection (1) of the words "the Governor in Council, and on such appeal the Governor in

Council may give such directions in the matter as he thinks proper." and the substitution therefor of the following-

"a judge of the Supreme Court in the manner provided by the rules of the Supreme Court. On such appeal the judge may confirm, reverse or vary the decision of the Board, and may excrcise any power which the Board might have exercised.'
