An Ordinance to amend the Pensions Ordinance, Chapter 89.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice

and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-→→→

1.

This Ordinance may be cited as the Pensions (Amend- Short litle. ment) Ordinance, 1954.

2.

Section 6 of the Pensions Ordinance (hereinafter referred Amendment to as the principal Ordinance) is amended by the deletion of nf section 6.

(Cap. 89). paragraph (f) and the substitution therefor of the following--

"

in the case of termination of employment in the public interest, in which case the grant of a pension, gratulty or other allowance shall be subject to and in accordance with the provisions of section 7".
