An Ordinance to amend the Protection of Women and Juveniles

Ordinance, 1951.

Bs it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Protection of Short title. Women and Juveniles (Amendment) Ordinance, 1954-

2. Section 4 of the Protection of Women and Juveniles Amendment Ordinance, 1951, (hereinafter referred to as the principal Ordin- of section ance) is amended by the deletion from the first and second lines (1 of 1951). of paragraph (a) of subsection (1) of the following words—

"not being a common prostitute or of known immoral character,".
