Section II of the principal Ordinance is amended-
of section 11.
Repeal and
replacement
(a) by the deletion from the third and fourth fines of sub- section (1) of the words "or as to the type of business registration certificate to be issued in respect of any business";
(b) by the deletion of subsection (8) and the substitution
therefor of the following-
8.
"(8) In this section "the Court" means the District Court.''
The First Schedule of the principal Ordinance is repealed
of First and replaced by the following-
Schedule.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
