An Ordinance to provide for the incorporation of the Trustees of

the Tsimshatsui Baptist Church.

[16th July, 1954.]

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice

and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Tsimshatsui Baptist Short title. Church Ordinance, 1954.

In this Ordinance-

Interpre tation.

"the church" means the Tsimshatsui Baptist Church;

"the general commillee" means the general committee elected by

the members of the church;

"the financial committed" means the financial committee elected by

the members of the church;

3. The trustees for the time being of the Tsimshatsui Description Baptist Church shall be a body corporate (hereinafter called and incor

poration "the corporation") and shall have the name "The Trustees of
