An Ordinance to amend the Pensions Ordinance, Chapter 89.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice

and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1.

This Ordinance may be cited as the Pensions (Amend- Shart litle. ment) Ordinance, 1954.

Section 6 of the Pensions Ordinance (hereinafter referred Amendment

(Cap. 89).

"

in the case of termination of employment in the public interest, in which case the grant of a pension, gratulty or other allowance shall be subject to and in accordance with the provisions of section 7:".
