In exercise of the powers conferred by section 32 of the Workmen's Compensation Ordinance, 1953, and of every other power him enabling, the Governor in Council has made the Following regulations-
1. These regulations may be cited as the Workmen's Com- Citation. pensation Regulations, 1953, and shall come into operation upon the coming into operation of the Ordinance.
2. In these regulations-
"Schedule" means a Schedule to these Regulations;
"the Ordinance" means the Workmen's Compensation Ordin-
ance, 1953.

3. The notice of an accident required by section 13 of the Notice of Ordinance to be given to an employer by or on behalf of a work accident, man if given in writing may be in Form 1 of the First Schedule. Form 1.

6. Save as is otherwise specially provided in the Ordinance Delivering or these regulations every notice required by the Ordinance of notice. or these regulations may be given by delivering the same at, or sending it by registered post to, the last known residence or place of business or employment of the person to whom it is to be given.
