CONDITIONS.
1. The reception of messages other than those specified in this licence is prohibited. If any other message in unintentionally received, the licensee shall not make known, or allow to be made known, its contents, its origin or destination, ita existence or the fact of its receipt to any person (otber than a duly authorized officer of the Hong Kong Government, or a competent legal tribunal), and shall not reproduce in writing, copy, or make any use of such message, or allow the same to be reproduced in writing, copied, or made use of.
2. The station shall not be used in such a manner as to cause inter- ference with the working of other stations.
3. The apparatus shall be open to inspection at all times by sny person who produces a written authority to inspect, either general or particular, signed by the Postmaster General, and this icence aball be produced to any such person upon request by him.
4. This licence is not transferable to another pers10.
5. Any alterations to the addresses specified in this licence must be notified to the licensing authority and the licence presented for correction. No fee is payable for this.
0 The conditions of this licence may be modified at any time by the Postmaster General.

The licensee shall, if sa required by the Postmaster General, cease at once to use the licensed apparatus for such period as may be specified."

Resolution made and passed by the Legislative Council under section ag(2) of the Telephone Ordinance, 1951, on the 21st day of October, 1953,
RESOLVED in accordance with subsection (2) of section ag of the Telephone Ordinance, 1951, that as from the 23rd day of October, 1953, item : of Part V of the Schedule to the said Ordinance be amended by the addition of the word "Shatin” immediately after the words "Tsun Wan" appearing in the second line thereof.
