This Order makes minor amendments to the Former Pensionable Offices Order, 1953, which declared as pensionable certain obsolete offices which had not previously been formally so declared and which set out ibe periods during which pensionsbility was deemed to have attached to them.

THE PENSIONable Offices ÖRDER, 1953-

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (1) of section a of the Pensions Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following Order---

1. This Order may be cited as the Pensionable Offices Citation. Order, 1953-

2. The offices specified in the first column of the Schedule Officer

declared to are hereby declared to be pensionable offices and shall be deemed

be pension- to be such as from the dates specified in the second column of able. the Schedule or if no date is therein specified in accordance with the authority of the Gazette Notification set out in the third column of the Schedule.

3. The Pensionable Offices Order, 1952, is revoked.
