It is hereby notified that in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3101) of the Landlord and Tenant Ordinance, Chapter 255, the Governor in Council on the 17th day of February, 1953, did Order that the premises specified in the Schedule hereto be excluded from the further application

of the said Ordinance.
