An Ordinance for the incorporation of the executive committee

of the Hong Kong Juvenile Care Centre.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the

advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Hong Kong Juvenile Short titia.

Care Centre Incorporation Ordinance, 1953.

1. In this Ordinance, unless the context otherwise requires "Centre" means the Hong Kong Juvenile Care Centre; "constitution" means the constitution of the Centre approved from time to time by the executive committee for the time being of the Centre, subject to the provisions of the Ordinance relating to any matter expressly dealt with in the Ordinance;
