An Ordinance further to amend the Trade Marks Register

(Reconstruction) Ordinance, Chapter 262.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice

and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Trade Marks Register Short title, (Reconstruction) (Amendment) Ordinance, 1953-

2. Section & of the Trade Marks Register (Reconstruction) Amendment Ordinance is amended by the deletion from the second line of of section paragraph (b) of subsection (3) of the words "two years” and (Cap. 282). the substitution therefor of the following-

"seven years and ten months".
