NOTICE OF RENT INCREASE OF BUSINESS PREMISES, (by a principal texant to a sub-tenant).

(1) A principal tenant who receives n notice of increase of rent frani his landlord, and who, in consequence, dexires to increase the renl of his sub-tenanta, must give duù notice of the appropriate incresST to his sub-tenanta.

(2) The increase so notified will take effect from the date on which the principal tenant's obligation to pay to bis landlord an increase becomes effective (this date should be that mentioned in the last paragraph overleaf).

(3) The first increase will only be payable on demand made by the principal tenant after service po you of a copy of a certificate of apportionment of rent obtained by your principal tenant from the Secretary for Chinese Affairs.

(4) The rent you are notified to pay must be adjusted where the increase atâted in the principal tenant's notice to you is different from that certified by the Secretary for Chinese Affairs.
