An Ordinance to amend the Births Registration (Special

Registers) Ordinance, Chapter 175.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice

and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Births Registration Short title. (Special Registers) (Amendment) Ordinance, 1953.

2. Section 8 of the Births Registration (Special Registers) Amendment Ordinance is amended by the repeal of subsection (4) and the of section 8. substitution therefor of the following-

(Cap. 175).
