(2) Resolution regarding the Fensions (Amendment) Regulationa, 1953,

The Financial Secretary to move the following resolution :-

Resolved that, pursuant to the power conferred by section 3(3)

of the Pensions Ordinance, Chapter 89, the Pensions (Amendment) Regulations, 1953, be approved.

A Bill intituled :"An Ordinance to consolidate and amend the

existing ordinances relating to merchant shipping, to remove anomalies and outmoded provisions therefrom, and incorporate therein amandmanta consequential upon the application to the Colony of the Merchant Shipping (Safety Convection) Act, 1949.*
