(1) Additional Supplementary Provisions. 1951/52.
The Financial Secretary to move the folloving resolution :-
Resolved that the Additional Bupplementary Provisions for the
fourth quarter ended 31st Marok, 1952, as set out in Schedule No. 6 of 1951/52, be approved.
(2) The Tidows and Orphans Pension Ordinance, Chapter 24
The Attorney General to move the following resolution 1-
Rosolved that, pursuant to the power conferred by seotion 3 of
the Vidove and Orphana Pension Ordinance, Chapter 94, the Widows and Orphans Pension (Application) Regulations, 1952, be approved.
(3) The "Oriminal Procedure (Amendment) Ordinance, 1952" Bill.
The Attorney General to move the First reading of 1-
A Bill intituled: "An Ordinance to amend the Criminal Procedure Ordinance and to make consequential amendment to the Juvenile Offenders Ordinance,"
(4) The "Publio Reclamations and Works (Kennedy Town) Ordinance.

A Bill intituled: "An Ordinance to authorise, provisionally anâ
subject to the definitive approval of the Governor in Council, an undertaking for reclamation and other works of a public nature over and upon unleased Crown foreshore and set bed situate at Kennedy Tom.
(5) The "Pensions (Amendment) (No. 2) Ordinance, 1952" P111.
The Attorney General to move the Second and Third readinga of :-
A Bill intituled: "An Ordinance to amend the Pensions Ordinance,
Chapter 89."
(6) The "Public Reclamations and Works (Caucony Bar Extension) Ordinance,
1952 B111
Mr. T. L. Bowring, 0.8.3. to move the Second and Third readings of -
A Bill intituled: "An Ordinance to authorize an undertaking for
reolanation and other works over and upon unlessed Crown fore-- shore and sea bed situate at Causeway Bay, being an extension to the undertaking authorized by Ordinance 14 of 1951."
