MERCHANT SHIPPING ORDINANCE, 1899.
REGULATIONS BY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL
under section 46.
In exercise of the power conferred by section 46 of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899, and of every other power him enabling, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations-n
1. These regulations may be cited as the Merchant Shipping Citation. (Embarkation, Disembarkation, Loading and Off-loading) Regu- lations, 1952.
2. No person shall be embarked or disembarked and no Emberka- cargo or thing shall be loaded or off-loaded-

4. Any person who contravenes regulation 2 or 3 shall be Penalty. guilty of an offence and shall be liable to a fine of five hundred dollars or to imprisonment for six months.
